Activities


Whether you were born with “dancing shoes” on or you have “two left feet”  we have a dance/aerobic workout for you.  On Sundays at 5:00 pm join our high energy, low intensity line dancing class.  Learn the “5 and 1″, the “A to the J”, the “Michael Jackson”, the “Jersey Strut”.  Our instructor Mrs. Kathleen Evans will help you to step into fitness with rhythm and style.  If you dare to venture into the “Go Hard or Go Home Line Dance”  or the “CPR Hustle,”  then show up at 4 pm for the advanced class.
